Hi, I'd like to know if this thing ever happened before.

Order from China to Italy, the parcel went through Russia then to Colombia!
What is it doing on the other side of the world?
Is that a common practice or should I consider my package gone for good?

Hello Rick1212,

When I track the package, it says from that the origin country is Russia and going to China. There is almost only one possible problem here: Duplicate tracking number. Contact the seller and ask what is going on and if needed open a dispute if possible.

That's exactly what I know, as you can easily see in my first post: China -> Russia -> Colombia, and that's why I was surprised to read above that the parcel was doing it backward.
Not one of my tracking sites was reporting that.
