Hello,

Please write me some information about my orders:
- 06816602929
- LP00086578940329

Where are they now and what is going on with them? When they arrive to me (POLAND)?
I can't find any information about them.

LP00086578940329 is 4px parcel number which was shipped on Dec 15.
06816602929 is china post tracking number which was shipped on Nov 15.

both parcels are actually china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

How I can track those parcels then? On parcel was sent 2 months ago and it still didn't arrive

you can not track china post ordinary parcel after it left first post office. this parcel might take 3 months to arrive. If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection. If your seller does not response, then open dispute to aliexpress.

How long seller can extend buyer protection?

1)You can not know if it has arrived your post office. Your local Poland post office will make delivery to parcel address once it arrives your city.
2)ask seller extend protection as long as possible. If seller does not response, open dispute.

I mean how many times seller can extend protection? Until my order will arrive to me?
If parcell arrives from 4 to 12 weeks it is possible to takie it longer (15 weeks or even half year)?

if buyer protection is closing to expiring date again and your parcel has not arrived, you should ask seller extend protection again. If buyer protection can not extended, you should open dispute for refund.
