http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM317677791CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Nov 27.

Normally such epacket should arrive UK in 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel might be seriously delayed or even lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund. otherwise keep waiting. Once it arrives UK, royal mail website will shows its UK location.
