RC122970968CN- this is shippment to france and its over 19 days and there is no update for this tracking number....the same problem with this number-RC122970923CN: this is shippment to russia and there is no update for the package...

How can i solve this problem? where i can find info and update for this tracking numbers?

both parcel were shipped from shanghai in May. shanghai are experiencing some delay, so you might need some patient and wait one or two more weeks.
