Hello, I am Revaldo from Indonesia.

I am facing an issue with receiving my package. I purchased a pair of shoes, and the shipment was sent via China Post on October 22, 2024.

After tracking the package on the China Post website, it shows that the package arrived in Indonesia on November 15, 2024, at 16:31.
However, I have not received the package yet.
Please assist with an update on my shipment with tracking number AM553327754CN.

Can you also inform me which Indonesian logistics company is handling my package? Thank you.

This is a typical scam which has been reported by many other users.

The seller shipped some junk to another random selected address in Bekasi,17115. The cheater did this because many credit card banks need a "delivery" tracking result to release money to seller.
After the junk parcel was delivered, cheaters can use the "delivery" result to claim payment from victim's credit card bank.

in short, this is not a shipping problem, this is a online fraud problem.

Please do not buy goods from those non-name website or APP, it is very dangerous. If such scam happens to you, call your bank and report fraud asap.

unfortunately you can't know who is the local logistic service in Indonesia for such A****CN parcel. that is why cheaters often use such parcel to ship junk parcel.

Again, your problem is not a shipping issue. It is a fraud issue. The seller actually shipped some junk to an random address in Indonesia.

Remember : only buy goods from famous and good reputation websites like aliexpress, amazon, temu, SEA etc. These big websites have some anti-fraud system to remove those cheater sellers from Marketplace. If you buy from those no-name website, you can't even find place to open dispute and report fraud.

Wait, but the sender used China Post for the shipping service. Can’t China Post track its own parcels?
This sounds strange. How could this happen? Indonesian logistics will surely deliver any kind of package to any address. What do you mean by "junk parcel"?

China Post ships packages via sea or air? And what logistics service do they use? Once the package arrives in Indonesia, where is it and which logistics service handles it?

the parcel was given to some local Indonesia agents. You can not know who is the real delivery company.

Junk parcel means some useless item. For example, when you buy a pair shoes which cost you $100 from the cheating online seller, they ship a piece of toilet paper to another address in your country. Once the toilet paper parcel(junk parcel)is delivered. The cheater can use the "delivery" tracking result to claim payment from credit card bank. Many credit card bank will release money to seller because they don't know the parcel has shoes or a just a piece of junk paper.

At this point, I just need information about which logistics service is used in Indonesia. This is to help me confirm where the junk parcel was delivered.

I am also currently informing my bank or credit card company.

So, please assist me by providing the logistics company used in Indonesia, along with the tracking number, so that I can follow up on this case with both the Indonesian logistics company and my bank/credit card.

Unfortunately you can't know who is the logistics company in Indonesia. It is a local private shipping agent. Looking for them is just waste of your time. Do your best to contact your bank and get your money back. Again, never buy from those no-reputation website or APP or sellers. You can see too many victims have reported similar fraud as yours in this forum.

Can’t China Post track the package itself? And which logistics company in Indonesia did they use?

It sounds strange when the buyer is unable to know which logistics company delivered the package. The bank is asking for proof that this is a scam. What proof do I bring if all I can say is, “I didn’t receive the package, but the tracking says it has been delivered”?

Moreover, the bank will not help if the information I have is incomplete, such as which logistics company delivered my package. It is the buyer’s right and responsibility to know which logistics company is delivering their package.

At this point, I’m not too concerned whether this is a scam or the loss of my money. What I am concerned about is the "junk" that was sent to my address. Whether the item is junk or not, I have the right to know who sent it and where it came from.

as mentioned before, the junk parcel is not delivered to your address, it is to another address which you can't not be tracked(this is such cheap A***CN parcel's problem). the seller intensionally do this trick. Because he needs a "delivery" status otherwise credit card company's software system can refuse to pay him.

Credit card bank's system also has a problem which is often taken advantaged by cheaters, they only care about if the parcel is delivered, they don't care where the parcel is delivered and what is inside the parcel. That is why you need to call credit card bank and report fraud.

I think I have done my best to help you understand the cheating game and try to let you call your bank asap. If you still struggle on what is the junk and where the junk is delivered, then nobody can help you.
