I've got 9 packages stuck in the pit of despair that's called Urumqi :

Urumuqi area is experiencing serious delay. many parcels were lost and rejected for unknown reason. you should open dispute and claim refund asap.

One of 'em (RD106900141CN) just came in!
I'm starting disputes for every order, 42 days after the date I ordered, it's a standard operating procedure here when dealin with Chinese webshops.
