And in the past I’ve received my parcels in 10 days from when I ordered it’s currently been 20 days from when I ordered

Could you please help me.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is delayed in Suzhou. Not sure delay reason.

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks, if you can not get it by Oct 10, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
