Hi!
I posted a small package to Shenzen on the 23rd October using Royal Mail International Signed For. It is still showing as "on its way" and that it has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery. The Package was sent back to OPPOMART and was what seems to me to be a residential address:
T5-06B, Hao Fang Xian Dai Hao Yuan, Kejizhong 1st Rd
Nanshan,Shenzhen
Guangdong Province, 518000
China
I deciphered this and found on google maps.

the seller is in touch with me but after chasing on two occasions they just say "we will go to the post office to collect"

I marked the item value as less than $60usd as per the sellers instructions to avoid tax and customs.
My Chinese friend Qing say over 1.5 weeks is too long.
Track-chinapast say the reference number I have hasn't been delivered to them yet.

What's the next steps? Should this delay be normal?

I posted an item on the 23rd October and it has been passed to china post. This should have been delivered in 5-7 working days but has not yet been signed for. How long should this take? Are there known delays with the post? Could it be with customs, how could I check?
