Hello. My item send to airline over month ago. Now there is no information about it. In F.A.Q I read that "Send to airline" must be no longer then 4 weeks if everything is ok. now I don't know what to do. please help.

RC547072905CN was sent to airline more than one month ago. if you have not got it, it is possible to be lost. you can wait by the buyer protection deadline. if still no arrival, then open a dispute for lost parcel.
