where is it? it was shipped on august 26 and still hasn't arrived

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LA502530945CN shows the parcel was shipped on Aug 26. Such airmail parcel normally will take 2 to 6 weeks to reach Estonia. So in worst case, you should get it by Oct.

yes. Estonia post website shows it just arrived Estonia, you can contact Estonia Post office for delivery detail.
