Post Is my package stuck?

My tracking no is RY598203370CN and its been in the same status since 17th November. I've contacted the seller, they say its because of the hurry before christmas. I think its basically stuck at customs. Please help! :(

your parcel is delayed in Suzhou. now is busy season, i believe you need wait some more time. The parcel will arrive before Xmas time.
