hi my item tracking code is RM032622298CN also has stucked in customs warehouse since Augus 23 😡 . any idea why the delay? i m waiting for an answer/ any updates! thank you...

RM032622298CN seems to have problem to pass safety inspection.

so what do I do now? should I file claim to shipper or what..?
Ive never had this kind of experience and am confused... /sigh/

you can wait one more week and see what happens. if still stuck in Beijing, then open a dispute.

Hallo, my parcel has also stucked in customs warehouse since 28 August. My item's tracking code is RJ184290792CN. In the parcel are shoes. Should I wait longer or open a dispute? Thank you in andvance for an answer!

you might need wait another 10 days. if still no change of status, then open dispute.
