Post I havent received my parcel

Good afternoon!

I would like to know if there is a problem with my parcel because I ordered it more than one month ago and when I write the tracking number it tells me that it is in Customs- Control warehouse.
I bought my stuff the 25th of october and I don't have any notice of it.
Please, can you help me?

wait 1 more week, if its still in the CCW, ask for a refund
