Hi ! i made an order on 5 october on ioffer and when i want to track the item it apears to me that the parcel have not been received by china post . i want to know if the tracking number is false or something...thank you . this is the tracking number : RN398474837CN

as many other buyers in ioffer, you are scammed. RN398474837CN is fake number. your seller did not ship anything to you. You should NOT buy from those website which has no customer protection policy. If you paid the order by paypal , now you should open dispute to paypal and claim refund. If you paid by money order or western union, your money is lost.
