Hello,

If my parcel is still in China after several days and I don`t have help from the seller about it can I contact direct China post with my tracking number?
I buy in Aliexpress and I am having problems with some sellers because they don`t want to help when the parcel is "lost" (when I say lost means I can track it in china post but not in my local website post in Belgium) or if the tracking number is long time without update information (probably stuck in China).

Would be good if we could direct ask about information in China Post.

unfortunately China Post will only response to shipper who has shipping recipient. you should contact aliexpress seller. if seller does not reply you, open a dispute to aliepxress. seller will be forced to reply you otherwise you will get refund.
