Post Estimated time for my package?

I'm shipping this package to my friend in Netherlands but he's leaving on the 21st
Any chance my package reaches him before that date.

It's from china to netherlands by EMS
And it's not found on postnl

NLAMSA = AMSTERDAM INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE

2. If your friend receive the parcel before the 21 Dec, It's going to be a Miracle. Your parcel is E Packet it's not China Post Express Post Service (EMS).

3. It's still a fast service but not right now because every Post Office in the World are very busy, and mail is very slow right now.

What can I do now as for refunding? Should I wait for the packet to be returned to the sender then contact the seller?

1. Basically that is what should happen. But maybe your friend could contact Post NL and ask them to hold the parcel for him.

2. I just realize that no signature is require for the E Packet, so the parcel will be deliver to his home address/mail box/community mail box.
