Seller says item has been shipped on 13th November, but has it? Just because it says Electronic
Information has been received does not mean it has been sent, is that correct.? I can't get any tracking information so it does not appear to be in the system yet. Has my packet been posted at all? Where is it? Thanks.

2016-11-14 01:12:06.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-11-14 01:44:46.0 Electronic Data Received

2. This is what it means:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

3. Just open a dispute to get your money back.
