Hello,

Somebody knows how do I know if my packages is in the customs in China? I have a tracking number RC736095199CN from china post and the information I have from the website is 2014.04.15 15:45 (GMT-7): Collection.

This is a sunglasses replica that I bought from Aliexpress. Since the status from my package is not update for 7 days now I contact the seller and he told me this:
"I'm very sorry, I contacted the post office, your package has been the customs seized, there is nothing I can do". The problem is that this seller proof already to not be trusted.

There is a way to know if what is saying is true?

Hi,

as I checked your tracking number, the status of your package is "Received by China Post" so I guess it is not in the customs. It takes a few days from the collection to the customs or at least that was in my case.

Yes, but is alreay 10 days only with information Collection. I think I never will receive this item. How long was in your case?

sorry for late answer.. In my case for one package it took only one day, for the other four days. I hope you have already received your items...
