Can anyone help me locate this package CP281183995CN ? The tracking details said it left Beijing and China over a week ago, but my local Post office (parcel force) still have it under advised and not arrived in the country.

CP281183995CN was rejected by airline. Please contact seller and ask for refund.

I have messaged my postal service to try and find out some evidence if I need to make a Paypal claim.

Is there any way to get information about why it was rejected? It was only a soft plush toy that was meant to be a present for a friend. I ordered something similar a few days later and It arrived a week ago perfectly fine.

Unfortunately airline does not provide reason, maybe the parcel has battery,chemical inside or have copy right problem. If you claim paypal for non-receipt dispute, it is the shipper's responsibility to prove that the parcel was delivered to you, you have no duty to get the reason why it was returned. So you no need to worry about any thing, just ask paypal for refund.

Are you sure it was refused by the airline? or refused due to lack of space and put on another flight? As my parcel actually turned up today...

CP281183995CN was returned by airline. You have no chance to receive this parcel. Please contact shipper for refund asap.
