Yeah,
Probably the same problem as many people here ... My parcel stuck in Beijing...
I mean it is bot firt time, but this time is the longest one... I am super worrying there is a motor helmet for my friend inside and now she doesnt use any... 😕
What to do? Where to phone? 11185 didnt work too well...any suggestion or help? Thanks in advance

the parcel has some delivery problem. Normally this is caused by wrong address. You should ask your recipient to pickup the parcel from China Post Beijing office. Call 11185 from Beijing , it can not be called from outside China.

Thank you but it should be delivered to Shanhgai, so recipent cant just go and pick it up.... We got some problems with deliveing by chinese post before but this is the most serious one... Really no idea what to do ...:(

Did you print address in Chinese? Address without Chinese might cause delivery problem because Chinese address is very difficult to be translated correctly into English, printed address in English might confuse deliveryman and many deliverymen does not even understand English..

No the address was only in Chinese /but it worked before!/ no idea what to do. Is it possible to phone this 11185 And explain all the troubles with address than Chinese post would send it to proper address in Shanghai? My friend. /recipent of parcel / is American for her it is difficult to phone but maybe she couldfind somebody who would help :(
