Post China Post to UK - Customs problems?

Hi, my last EMS shipment to UK was stopped by Customs and I was charged.
Is it less likely that UK Customs stop parcels arriving by China Post?

As far as we know, EMS from China to UK is ok now. Your parcel might have some customs clearance problem or address problem.
