Alright so here's my numer: RC748121143CN

It's been 3 weeks now and the status doesn't change, what does departure from outward office even mean? Does it mean that is has been shipped already or?

Real LV or fake LV? if fake LV, either China or Netherlands customs will reject and destroy it if it was detected by the machine scanner.
