Post Arrived Import Customs

My package 'arrived at import customs' in 'BRCWBA' 2 weeks ago (22/12/2014) and hasn't been updated since. It's supposed to be going to the UK. I ordered it on 2/12/2014 and it was received by China Post on the 4th. Any idea what might be happening? Tracking number is rl059582249cn

It's normal for customs to be backed up because of the holiday season. Give it another week or 2, then file a dispute.
