I have 2 orders from ebay: tracking no RO051047903CN and RO051048489CN. Both with the same status: first from 05.12.2016 and second from 23.01.2017. - China, BEIJING, Send item abroad (EDI-received)

Where are my packets and why is it taking this long to ship to croatia? Please update shipping staus..

normally parcel to croatia should arrive in 2 weeks. now is holiday season, it is difficult to predict arrival time. I suggest you open dispute for lost parcel for RO051047903CN and wait another 2 weeks for RO051048489CN
