Hi,

Paid in advance on 29th July, got a message that parcel was shipped on 2 August, gave me a tracking number RS080365809CN , I waited for 6 days and checked again yesterday and it was still saying 'China Post has not received any parcel associated with '.

I didnt open a dispute, but sent message to seller, he responded quickly and said "hi friend,
so sorry about the system mistake. after checked your order, this is the right no.
YT1621590002019785
sometimes there is tracking info, sometimes no.
pls wait patiently.
if finally you do not receive your order, all the payment will be refunded to you.
thx."

But in the Order Details it still shows old Tracking number.

Wait for 40 days days or open a dispute after few more days.

2. In case you wounder how is Yun Express:
Yun Express is Chinese courier service that delivers all your packages world-wide.

3. I suspect it will take a couple of days before you can track your parcel. Your parcel won't be sent by China Post Registered mail. If you paid extra money to have your parcel sent by China Post Registered Mail, then you should contact seller and tell him so.

Thank you for the information. It is a free delivery. Only thing is that the seller said that he shipped it already from China post and it is on its and he personally checked at the post office, but now it seems he lied, and shipped it from yunpost yesterday after I reminded him.

Is this courier service better than China post?

I will wait for few more days and see what happens.

1. It's a courier service sometimes it's faster then China post and sometimes not. I guess what I'm trying to say is 50/50. We never know what will happen with a parcel sent from China.

2. I can not say much more about that.
