Post Wrong Tracking number or Scam?

I got an e-mail on April 30th telling me to track my package, but when I do this is what comes up:
International Mail# LT623501409CN Tracking Result
1|#||4|1332|updatePanel|updatePanelMain|
No shipping record!

Did I get scammed or does it just take time to locate the shipment?

LT623501409CN is invalid number. your seller did not ship anything to you.

You need push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
