My tracking ID# RV951321732CN sent to wrong address. another city instead of city I mentioned as my address.

You need contact Pakistan Post to redirect the parcel to your address. If Pakistan Post does not want to help you, you can not get this parcel.

By the way, Did you give correct address to seller? Normally Pakistan Post will not send parcel to wrong city. If you believe your seller printed wrong address which is different from your order, you need open dispute to seller for compensation.

I had contacted Pakistan post but according to them parcel will be delivered on address stated on parcel.
Yes, I have provided correct address and its not 1st time, I am user of ali express since last 3 years.

Then it should be your seller's mistake of printing wrong address. You need open dispute to Aliexpress for wrong delivery refund.
