My package has the shipping number UI365497256CN and according to the tracking history on eBay, the package had an attempted deliver in Miami Florida when I don’t live there. I live in Massachusetts and I wish to know if there is a way to fix the issue without needing to get a refund from the seller.

You should open dispute to ebay and claim refund. Your seller should have printed wrong address in the parcel.
