Hi, My item was sent on 27,12,2016 and the tracking number is RS390398238CN. But the issue is I had put two different unit number for my apartment in my shipping address. I had put my shipping address as level 4 unit number as 323 in the front part and I put level 4 unit number- 324 at the end. The item had been shipped and in transit to singapore. Please kindly assist me in rectifying the address and is there any number I can call in singapore to change the address. Thanks

1. Nothing can be done right now, you will need to contact Singapore Post about your problem.

2. On Singapore Post site there is a live chat application, you could ask the question to them.
