Post Wrong address delivery

Hi I am waiting for package and while tracking its arrival, I see that they are trying to deliver it to the wrong address, though my ebay/paypal address was correct. Who should I get in touch with to let them know that they have a mistake with this delivery? They tracking number is LK279932117CN

I believe your seller either gave you wrong tracking number or shipped the goods to wrong address. you should contact ebay and open dispute.
