Hello,my order (RS296275163CN) is blocked in status "leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport" from 15/11, can you help me? Will arrive? When?

1. Maybe it time to contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel or open a dispute. Your parcel either is lost or misplace.

2. Your parcel has been on the roads to long.
