RI701241639CN it hasn't moved and i was told maybe give it one more week for parcel but nothing happened help?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel was shipped in Nov. Normally parcel should arrive USA in 45 days. It not, I believe it should be lost.
