chinapostvolunteer has been kind enough to assist MANY people with their delivery questions. It appears from his or her responses that more details are available with regards to where the package is currently located. Why can't these details be made available to tools such as track-chinapost or track-chinapost.com? Obviously, with information such as where the package currently is located and what the delay is the customer would have a much better sense as to what is going on. Right now, nothing but frustrated customers and a lot of work for chinapostvolunteer.

2. You are not the first one complaining about China Post E Packet for this Holiday Season to USA.

3. The only thing I could had is your parcel was possibly delayed in China. Because.

4. When your parcel was sent it was not normal condition. Because:

Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags

5. All of that created a huge backlog of parcels and rescheduling nightmare for China Post.

6. What can I say more, It might be time to think about the possibility to open a dispute for non reception of your parcel.
