My package is not a Chronopost but an international Colissimo. Yes I have to contact the post office and they told me that it can do nothing that I must contactChina Post EMS.
But you as you speak English is what you can call to try to find a person who speaks English in their office; I know it's a lot to ask you but I'm really in fear that it will destroy my package. please

1. When you say you contact the Post Office did you go in person to talk to the supervisor of the post Office or you just phone about your parcel.????

2. I can not help you because I do not live in China, I live in America. You must have some friend that you know that can speak in English in France.!!!!!

3. Was your parcel insure by the post office.????
