2. To me that parcel has not move one inch from that location. Maybe the recipient of the parcel could call China Post EMS Hot Line and ask where is the parcel. China Post EMS (86) 11183.

3. Or you could call yourself to that number, they might have people there that can understand English.

1. Are you the seller or the supplier??? I certainly can not help you because I for one does not live in China and two I don't speak Mandarin.

2. From what I can understand a China Seller is buying from you article that you send directly to the seller client, is that it.

3. Or is it that you are selling directly to people in China (buyer).

4. The Seller in China or the Buyer in China should contact China Post EMS.
Another solution for you would be to go to La Poste and tell them that the parcel is block has not move from Guangzhou since it arrive on 19 Nov.

5. Somebody has to sign for the parcel because it's an EMS parcel.

1. Your parcel is probably lost/misplace in Guangzhou. Somebody need to contact China Post EMS, unfortunately I live in North America so I can not call.

2. May I suggest you go to La Poste and try to talk in person to a supervisor and ask him to contact China Post EMS about your parcel. They certainly can send an inquiry about the parcel, you might not have the answer in a few hours or days but at least an inquiry will have been done.
