of course the last update of my tracking says that my package is ispected by the chinese custums, so according to me it still hasn't left your country

I can not get 17 days notice

I saw ( leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport 06.01.2016 )
its been 17 days . MY order is already there

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=RF148857930CN shows only result "Electronic Data Received". this means your seller only applied a tracking number from china post with software, but never ship really anything with this tracking number. Your might be scammed.

If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud asap.
