Goodmorning, i'd like to know why my shipment number RI805236098CN is stopped from january 10 in this situation 'Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared'; today it's january 21 and from 11 days the tracking doesn't change, what happens? Thanks a lot.

the parcel should have left china. normally parcel status will stuck at its last china location when it is outside china because none scan it anymore.

But when a package leaves China the status updates and it says the flight number, isn't it? It seems it has not left your country, if i check tracking information to the italian post it can't find the code

no, you can not know flight number. actually after the parcel left china, it will travel through many countries and take many flights. the procedure might take 2 to 4 weeks. after it arrives Italy, you can track it in Italy post website.

Grateful if you can find out where is my package CP183383396CN. It is already more than 2 months on route. Just called the PostNL the package is still not arrived in the Netherlands.

I just checked to this linkhttp://www.poste.it/online/dovequando/ricerca.do and the item has arrived to Italy but it says that it's going to come back to the original country, it will come back to China, why??

Please help me , i 've bought a pair of shoes on 30 december 2015 on aliexpress but from 12/1/2016 it's at guangzhou departure. what it's happened ?

you need wait one or two more weeks. the parcel now should be outside china .
