I sent a package with DHL from Germany to China. It has already left Germany. The German DHL tracking site tells me that I now need to use track-chinapost.com to continue to track my package but I can't the right form on your site to do that. My international package number starts with RM and ends with DE. On your site I can only find options to track various types of packages from China to other countries but nothing for packages from other countries to China. Still DHL Germany told me to go to your site, so maybe I missed something? Where can I track a RM DE package after it has entered China?

Well, I told you how my number looks like. My question was where on your website I can enter it to get the status information myself. For example on track-chinapost.com/starteub.php you can look up the status for packages with LK CN numbers. So I wanted to know where to do it for RM DE packages. You need don't my specific number to answer that question.

But if there is no way to do it automatically: My number is RM398283797DE. I sent the package on 5th December and according to DHL Germany it was going to arrive before christmas but it hasn't arrived yet.
