Please somebody help me, my package with tracking number rk373749209cn , from 20 december status is airport handling in jakarta city, but i go to post indonesian for check, they tell me my package is not in indonesian, so where my package?

i think your package is still in Indonesian customs, until it leaves customs the indonesia post cannot see it

but customs said goods by tracking the number does not exist in their data
