Hi. I am from Portugal and I bought one product on ebay and the seller send the product by China post. He give me this tracking number :
006171554709

But the status does not change the long time and I'm starting to get worried. Can you helpe me?

006171554709 is non-register airmail. its tracking result can only shows as Export Security Scan status. no further information will be available. if you can not get it in 5 weeks, you can open dispute to paypal and claim refund easily.

your can not know the location for unregistered parcel. that is why you can easily get refund from paypal if the parcel can not arrive in time.
