The tracking number is LX212007165CN. It has been shipped for more than two months. I cannot see the tracking information. Where is the package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX212007165CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jul 24 but never arrives Canada. It has more than 60% chance to be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
