Can you please check this order number
RI541782901CN
and tell me what is going on?
On 2015-09-17 the tracking says:
Guangzhou Transit Station 已进口开拆,备注(rejected)
Rejected means to me they return the parcel to the sender?
On 2015-09-22 the tracking says:
Guangzhou Transit Station 已进口互封(domestic transit)
Domestic transit means to me the parcel is in China?
On 2015-09-30 the tracking says:
Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
Export customs cleared means to me the parcel is on the way to me?
Now I am confused!
Rejected or Export customs cleared?
Please tell me exactly what is going on now, I need it for my credit card company because I claimed a chargeback.

It should have some problem in customs. If you have filed charge back, you will get refund.

What does this mean?
The parcel is not rejected and on the way to me?
Because this would change my situation drastically.

Not sure what is the item inside. If it has some forbidden item such as battery or chemical, it should be rejected by safety officer and then reshipped by seller. It might be rejected again. You never know if you will get the goods or not.

if you paid with paypal or aliexpress , I suggest you to open dispute instead of filing charge back to credit card company.

If you open dispute for non-arrival item, you only need to tell paypal that you have not got the goods within a reasonable time frame(normally it is 30 days for japan buyer). Seller should provide proof that you have received the goods, if he can not do so, you will get refund no matter the item is on the way or not.
