My package status has not made any progress since 11-09-15. Last thing I knew that it cleared customs. What's going on with it.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it left Hangzhou on Nov 9. It should be delayed somewhere between Hangzhou and Shanghai. If I were you, I will keep waiting another 2 weeks. If it can not arrive by Dec 10, I will open dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.
