I tried to contact the email but is ignoring me, I decided to contact a friend and so he wrote him an email and the seller promptly reply to him, I tried to write again after 5 minutes, but unfortunately nothing .. . what should I do? I have already spent more than 10 days. Help me ... thanks

wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , it still nothing, open dispute to seller and claim refund.
