it is said it was received by carrier in PR on 2020-11-14.
by when will I receive it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV510824561CN shows the parcel was sent to Philippines Airline on Nov 14. It is transit to UAE through Philippines. This is a slows parcel , you probably need wait 4 to 8 weeks to get it in UAE.
