Send out on 25/07/16, reaching guangzbou on 31/07/16
Today (18/08/16) I still did not get any update, it has been almost 3 weeks, can anyone help me please.

Hi there,
Yes I can but the only info available for this parcel is when it has been shipped.
It's been a while without any update, did you contact USPS? Is it for the first time you ship with this carrier to the same destination? If not, how long does it usually take? Were you able to track it?

1. You should call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out where is your parcel from Malaysia or you could go to a China Post Office and have them check on the computer where is the parcel.

called 11185, was told that the shipment is still processing ? by how come it process almost 3 weeks ? this is really ridiculous because they cannot provide me more information regarding this shipment.
Anyone here can help on how to handle this kind of situation ?
