Tracking information says delivered, then says scheduled for delivery but never arrives. Where is my parcel?

Royal Mail website shows LA119852895CN was attempted delivery by Post office in Cirencester DO, but it seems the parcel not delivered yet. Please contact your local post office to pickup your parcel.
