I contacted the customer service and told me that I had arrived in Shanghai on the 14th, and then it was not updated.When can i receive it

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CQ882183622DE shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 8 from Germany. It has not arrived China yet(normally it take 2 to 6 weeks to reach china).
