tracking number RV483550446CN

I am waiting for this parcel since over 2 months now. has anything even been shipped to Dubai ? why is the shipment stuck in Shanghai since 1st SEPTEMBER please urgently look into it. this is very very urgent

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV483550446CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Sep 1st. It is still waiting for flight space to UAE. Such R***CN airmail is slow. Waiting time can take 4 to 8 weeks.
