Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help, the status of my parcel is not really making sense to me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code= LL235306785CN shows the parcel was shipped from Shenzhen to UK on May 5.

Normally parcel will keep travel another 2 to 4 weeks to reach UK.

Now it might be airline warehouse in Shenzhen or customs warehouse in LAL,UK. But you can not exact location at this moment until Royal Mail get
the parcel fro UK customs and update its new status in ROYAL MAIL WEBSITE.

If your buyer protection is expiring you need open dispute for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
